Abdullah Abdul & Masun Hamo’s print depicts two variations of their sculptural work Women from Rojava, part of an ongoing installation in cultural center Tev-Çand, Amude, Cezîre Canton in the autonomous region of Rojava. As with Abdul & Hamo’s other sculptural works, the series uses stones recovered from the destroyed sites of Mesopotamia, in this case placed anew within a cultural center in Rojava.
