Carrillo Rowe
Aimee Carrillo Rowe is an educator, cultural critic, and writer. She is professor of communication studies at California State University, Northridge. Carrillo Rowe teaches and writes in the areas of rhetoric, feminist theory, and cultural studies. Her research focuses on human and nonhuman processes and performances of becoming as relational, embodied, and fluid across contexts. Publications include Answer the Call: Virtual Migration in Indian Call Centers (2013); Silence, Feminism, Power: Reflections at the Edges of Sound (2013); and Power Lines: On the Subject of Feminist Alliances (2008).
