Rand woont en werkt in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Apexart is een non-profitorganisatie gericht op hedendaagse beeldende kunst in New York City. De organisatie bevat een expositieruimte, een internationale residentie, verscheidene doorlopende publieke programma\u2019s, en een conferentieserie. Het is \u00e9\u00e9n van de interessante ontmoetingsplekken voor internationale kunst- en cultuurbeoefenaars. Steven Rand, die de organisatie in 1994 oprichtte, bezoekt verschillende kunstinstellingen en tentoonstellingen in Nederland.
